As of 22nd November 2018, we have officially implemented our new Electronic Proof of Delivery system.
All of our customers will now receive despatch notification emails. These emails will be sent to the order contact and will notify you of the expected date of delivery.
You will be able to go through your order with our driver using the driver’s device so that you may check that your order is correct.
Once goods have been checked and signed for using our driver’s device, relevant customer email accounts will receive an order completion email with an attached Proof of Delivery.
