Hanson Plywood offer a bespoke service tailored to clients’ individual requirements across a large number of industries. Through our wide network of suppliers, we offer a complete cutting, laminating and machining service in addition to all of our stock range to help meet specific manufacturing requirements.
Bespoke CNC machining facilities are available, allowing us to supply cut to size, machined or drilled panels.

We are able to operate on a 3-5 day turn around on cutting and profiling jobs. Our outsourced processors are carefully monitored and selected to ensure that the products we supply are subjected to only the finest machinery.
Access to state-of-the-art CNC facilities allows us to supply cut-to-size, machined or drilled panels that are bespoke to customer requirements. Understanding of the latest CAD software also allows Hanson staff to give specific instruction on the processing of panels, to ensure that finished products are as accurate as possible.
A complete and varied range of laminates and real wood veneers are also available to be bonded onto any of our standard panels in stock. We are able to operate on a 7-10 day turn around on laminated and veneered boards but can handle any quantity of order.
Our laminating and veneering specialists allow us to offer any available grade, colour, species, texture or finish on a substrate of the customer’s choosing (plywood, Chipboard and MDF).
